POD (Payable on Death) est un groupe chrétien californien de musique Néo Metal.

Biographie
Ce groupe à la fois punk et metal se crée en 1992 à San Diego. Mené par le chanteur Sonny Sandoval, le groupe sort d'abord trois albums pour le label Rescue Records (Brown, Snuff the Punk et Live) avant de signer chez Atlantic en 1998. P.O.D. enregistre alors le maxi Warriors puis l'album Fundamental Elements Of Southtown. Puis, en 2002, paraît l'album Satellite qui rencontre un succès mondial. En novembre 2003, sort le nouvel album du groupe, Payable on Death.
